Feature Filmmaking: January 2025
New videos, season finales, and feature films...

January has been a relatively slow month (as the beginning of the year often is) but we have seen a number of new Slenderverse videos and three very cool feature film releases...
First - Slenderverse.net has been updated with two new projects for this month:
In the Static of My Daymares
DATURA
Meanwhile, many ongoing Slenderverse series have released new videos, including:
We’ve also seen something quite interesting this month – there may only be one official ‘Slender Man’ film, but in January alone, we received three feature length Slenderverse films! The tendency of current creators to split their stories into multiple seasons with complete arcs within them has given rise to the creation of feature compilations/re-edited feature length cuts of these seasons, at least from three creators. So if you’re looking for some Slenderverse feature films, check these out:
redredhat - The Travels of Carmen Estrada
A feature compilation of the first arc of redredhat with a killer end credits sequence that I guarantee is worth sticking around for.
(1h41m)
Ivy's Memoirs: Path of Remembrance
The complete first act of Ivy’s Memoirs
(3h11m)
The first volume of Doors To Nowhere, edited into a concise experience!
(1h12m)
And not unrelated from the prior section – with the conclusion of redredhat’s first season, Valeria Santiago has given us some extra surprises! Namely, a director’s commentary featuring herself and Marble Hornets alumn Tim Sutton, as well as a redredhat blooper reel!
Oh, and there's also a new chapter of 'No More Tapes - The Making of Marble Hornets' available (Chapter 4) if you donated to the Kickstarter.
And… that’s all folks! See you next month.
Kind Regards,
Alex
